This holiday season, we are back with our meet-the-team!
We bring Lukas Löhn, our Delivery Manager.

Let us begin the interview by briefly introducing yourself and what you do.

Hello! My name is Lukas Löhn, and I have been Delivery Director at flowlity for over two years. Here, my team and I ensure that our customers extract as much value as possible from the solution by supporting them during and after the roll-out. Throughout the entire customer life cycle, I oversee our customers’ implementation, usage, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Regarding my background, I completed my education in Mechanical Engineering in Germany. I worked as a Project Buyer in the automotive industry, where I had my first touchpoint with the supply chain world. I completed my Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration in Lisbon, Portugal, and started working with Cisco Systems as IT Asset Manager, later as Regional Manager for EMEAR. During this time, I gained a lot of experience in service delivery and operating with the complexity of B2B customers. I am delighted that three years back, I met Karim, which brought me to where I am today!

Tell us about your day-to-day life flowlity; what does a typical day look like for you?

We are a team of 3 in the customer success and delivery team, and everyone is very hands-on. I manage some customers and projects myself, and I help our customers implement our solution, support them with their questions, provide training, and make it easier for them to use in their daily lives.

Also, as the Head of Delivery, I am the point of contact for all our customers if a critical issue is raised, and I coordinate internally to solve any escalation asap. Additionally, I work with other flowlity departments and their managers to improve our product and internal processes.

For someone visiting Portugal for the first time, what is one food and activity you think is a must-try?

Ah! Well, there is a famous dessert called “Pastel de Nata.” It is absolutely fabulous and gives you the necessary energy to climb the beautiful hills of the most amazing capital of Europe. If you ever have the chance to visit Lisbon, I recommend taking enough time to roam the streets of the old neighborhoods and explore all the great food and wine this city has to offer. It is really one of those places to enjoy life!

What is the most adventurous thing you have done in your life?

Well, living abroad is already quite adventurous, but in fact, after finishing school, I wanted to do something out of the ordinary, so I decided to walk from Munich to Venice across the Alps, about 560 km. Every day I was on my feet. The nature, the view, the people on the way – the entire experience was surreal, and I still carry a lot of powerful memories from that journey.
